As a senior team member, you will partner with the business to provide an internal consulting mindset and drive projects using our established IT project governance and execution model. Your key stakeholders will include senior leadership, the program steering committee, and IT colleagues from technical domains.Driving eCommerce and omnichannel initiatives [xxxxx] particular), you will make an important contribution to the digital transformation of our commercial program. By fostering clear communication across functions and technical teams, you will ensure the successful execution and end-to-end delivery of digital projects.Part of your role will be to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in, while overseeing budgets, risks, IT deliverables, and resource allocation.More specifically, you will:Working on global projects, you can expect some travel as well as virtual meetings across time zones and occasionally outside Danish business hours.Transparent communication and a strong command of project management principles
You have a consultancy mindset and a holistic business understanding that enables you to manage complex projects with multiple vendors and significant costs.Moreover, you can confidently engage with colleagues at all levels of the organization, and your clear communication style helps align stakeholders and foster collaboration. This enables you to set direction and define clear project goals.To drive your projects successfully, you will need a bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or similar, combined with a proven track record (5+ years), including:Interested?
