At Maersk Container Industry (MCI), we are looking for a (Technical) IT Supporter who wants to work close to our engineers, support our modern workplace setup, and help keep our test labs running reliably.

This role goes beyond traditional office IT support — you will also work in our cooling laboratory, where equipment is tested under extreme conditions.

MCI is located in Tinglev in the Southern part of Denmark, close to Sønderborg, Kolding, and Flensburg. We have strong local roots but act on a truly global stage. You will join a company where IT and engineering meet and where your work directly supports the development of the world’s most energy-efficient reefer containers. You become part of our new endpoint-team of three dedicated colleagues who take care of daily support, user training, and close collaboration across departments. You can expect a hands-on role with a strong mix of office support and work in our lab/test environments. The opportunity to learn specialized equipment and contribute to practical problem-solving. In this role, you will support our colleagues both at their desks and directly in our laboratory, ensuring that all equipment functions reliably.

Your main tasks include:

• Managing and supporting PCs, mobile devices, printers, meeting room tech, and access control.
• Handling user onboarding/offboarding and providing 1st/2nd level troubleshooting with direct user contact.
• Working hands-on in our lab and test environments, assisting engineers with test setups and equipment.
• Performing logical fault-finding, for example repairing devices exposed to cold chambers down to –30°C.
• Deploying and updating devices, software packages, and system images — including vulnerability management.
• Contributing to cybersecurity awareness and Secure Score initiatives.
• Documenting processes, creating guides, and keeping asset registration up to date.
• Using helpdesk and monitoring tools to maintain stable and secure operations

You have a technical background and enjoy solving practical challenges. You are comfortable switching between hands-on tasks, structured documentation, and direct communication with colleagues.

We expect you to have:

• Education as Data Technician, IT Supporter, or similar.
• Experience with IT administration and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern workplace systems.
