Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage OT systems in a manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure system uptime
- Collaborate across IT and production teams to deliver process improvements
- Implement cybersecurity best practices
- Provide documentation and user training
About You
- 5+ years’ IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Skilled in OT systems like PLCs, SCADA, and MES
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate/Technical degree or equivalent experience needed.
