Do you have a passion for Italian cuisine and can you keep an overview in a busy everyday life? Become a chef at a well-reputed family restaurant with many loyal customers, and get honest Italian food on the menu.
Ristorante Da Claudio has served genuine Italian classics from the heart of Frederiksberg for more than 40 years. We take pride in passing on the Italian food culture to our many regulars in atmospheric surroundings.
Your main area is in the kitchen, where you, together with our second chef and 1 kitchen assistant, transform good ingredients and freshly made pasta into delicious dishes that taste like under the southern sun. You have an eye for quality when you send tasty antipasti, pizzas, pasta dishes and juicy cuts of meat out to the restaurant every day or with customers home as takeaway.
As our chef, you are sharp on the right nuances of taste, and you are therefore involved in combining the right dishes and wines when we put together the 3-course menu of the month.
In the restaurant, you will have a total of 6 good colleagues, who all ensure a good and family atmosphere, just as we focus on good relationships with both colleagues and our guests, with whom you quickly get to know on a first-name basis. You will experience the good work culture both in everyday life and at social events, such as our Christmas lunch.
You will have a working day from 3 to 11 pm with 2 weekdays off a week.
Do you have experience with Italian cuisine?
- You have solid practical experience with Italian food culture and a completely natural passion for the world-famous classics.
- You are at home in an industrial kitchen, where you are used to collaborating and quickly become a self-driving part of our kitchen.
- You work well under pressure and can maintain an overview in a busy but cheerful kitchen.
