You’ll work closely with:• A Global Mobility Manager in Denmark• A Junior Global Mobility Consultant in PolandTogether, we handle end-to-end mobility processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to support colleagues on various packages, with or without families.“We’re a tight-knit team navigating a complex global network. You’ll be involved in everything from hands-on tasks to strategic challenges,”— Lizette Rugaard, Head of Global MobilityYour Responsibilities• Calculate salaries and rotation packages, draft contracts• Coordinate with relocation agents, tax consultants, insurance brokers, etc.• Support payroll and benefits for relocated colleagues• Advise HR and assignees throughout the relocation journey• Ensure compliance with Posted Worker, Remote Work, and Hiring Out of Labour regulations• Contribute to mobility-related projects and process improvementsWhat You Bring• 2–4 years of experience in tax, HR, or finance• Interest or experience in global mobility, tax, and contracting• Experience with Danish-headquartered global mobility (a plus)• Fluency in English (spoken and written)• Familiarity with SharePoint and SuccessFactors (preferred)• Strong problem-solving and numerical skills• A passion for being a trusted advisor to colleagues“We welcome your ideas and insights—there’s real opportunity to shape how we work as we grow,”— Lizette RugaardReady to help colleagues thrive across borders?
