Are you ready to take the lead in implementing SAP Transportation Management (TM) across a growing international company? At , we're at the beginning of an exciting SAP journey – and we’re looking for a talented SAP TM Developer to help us build the foundation.

Now, we’re building a scalable logistics setup based on SAP TM, and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.
The role
As our Lead SAP TM Developer, you’ll join our Application Development & Integration team. You’ll be the technical owner of our SAP TM implementation – from gathering business requirements to designing, building, rolling out, and supporting the solution across companies. You’ll work closely with both functional leads and local teams, and you’ll help ensure a smooth integration with SAP EWM.

What you’ll do
There are plenty of challenges in this role, but some of the main responsibilities include:
- Own the full development lifecycle – from idea to go-live
- Run workshops with functional and local teams to identify needs
- Design scalable solutions in SAP TM – and ensure smooth EWM integration
- Develop and enhance using ABAP OO, BOPF and SAP ABAP web services
- Test, troubleshoot and support – especially during daily critical hours (17:00–20:00 CET in the pilot phase)
- Build reusable templates for future rollouts
- Collaborate across teams and countries – and mentor others along the way
What you bring
Well, we’re hoping for:
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP TM development and full-cycle implementation experience
- Strong skills in ABAP OO and BOPF
- Deep knowledge of SAP TM data structures (e.g. TOR, DAD, conditions)
- Experience with SAP ABAP web services
- Bonus: knowledge of SAP EWM and TM-EWM integration
- Solid communication skills in English
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – and a desire to take ownership
