In this full-time role, you will become part of a close-knit team of five passionate colleagues who collaborate to enable the best commercial decisions, while continuously growing and developing together.

Contribute to the commercial strategy and strategic pricing aspect of projects, and work together with the team to deliver recommendations to executive management

Your job will be to collaborate closely with your colleagues to jointly ensure we have the right offerings at the right price with the right discounting policies – all while focusing on end customer value.

  • Work on strategically and tactically important projects across the company
  • Contribute to solution design, brainstorming and development of concepts for pricing and monetization methods
  • Do data analysis and Excel modelling to assess the financial impact of different options and scenarios
  • Be a driving force in upskilling the organization in commercial excellence
  • Test concepts with internal and external stakeholders and gather feedback
  • Market and competitor research
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create holistic and data-driven recommendations for senior and executive leadership

  • 5+ years of professional experience of working with complex business problems, e.g. as a business analyst, management consultant, or similar.
  • A Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar.
  • Ideally some commercial strategy and strategic pricing experience, although it is not a requirement.
  • Ideally some experience from software / tech industries, although it is not a requirement.
  • Ideally some experience with consumption- and subscription-based pricing models, possibly applied to AI- or SaaS-based products

  • 5+ years of professional experience of working with complex business problems, e.g. as a business analyst, management consultant, or similar.

    You will join five highly motivated colleagues in the Strategic Pricing & Value Maximization (VMAX) team at the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen. The team works project based, with a focus on bridging the perspectives of Products, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Legal to create solutions that maximizes long term sustainable growth. Empowerment and personal growth and challenging the status quo are important and prioritized in the team. We enjoy each other’s company during projects as well as Friday bars, and team events.
