As a Strategic Pricing Manager, you will design, evaluate, and implement pricing models for subscription and consumption-based cloud offerings. Your role centers on leveraging analytical skills to develop holistic, data-driven recommendations that support long-term sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with executive management on commercial strategies that amplify value for customers and the organization.
This is not a people management role - Strategic Pricing Manager is the internal title of the position.

You will join five highly motivated colleagues in the Strategic Pricing & Value Maximization (VMAX) team at the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen. The team works project-based, with a focus on bridging the perspectives of Products, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to create solutions that promote long-term sustainable growth.   • Work on or support initiatives that are critical to the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Contribute to solution design, brainstorming, and development of concepts for pricing and monetization methods.
  • Serve as a subject matter specialist on subscription-based and consumption-based business models, as well as cloud-costing structures.
  • Conduct data analysis and Excel modeling to assess the financial impact of different options and scenarios.
  • Be actively involved in upskilling the organization in commercial excellence.
  • Test concepts with internal and external stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Perform market and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create holistic and data-driven recommendations for senior and executive leadership.

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with complex business problems, e.g. as a business analyst, management consultant, or similar.
  • A Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience from a commercial or strategic role in the software / tech industry
  • Experience with consumption- and subscription-based pricing models applied to AI- or SaaS-based products
  • Ideally some Cloud costing or FinOps experience, although it is not a requirement.
  • Ideally some strategic pricing experience, although it is not a requirement.
