This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our Reposting Solutions. The Finance & ERP Solutions is in charge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation and maintenance for all community banks.

In the role of D365 Functional Consultant, you will join an international team to implement business processes for Danish banks. You will be joining an already well-established team that is mainly based in the Warsaw office, which currently consists of 14 highly skilled experts.

The role will require a broad and deep knowledge in Finance module and having the ability to design solutions by mapping customer business expectations to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

The D365 Functional Consultant will engage in decision-making discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes as well as supporting end-customers in [xxxxx] and banks. The team is working very closely with the business side, therefore having good communication skills with an application maintenance mindset would also be key to succeeding in this role.

At [xxxxx], we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be Oleg Sokolov

Primary task and responsibilities include:


  • Design end-to-end business processes
  • Facilitate and accelerate the decision process, considering the business strategy, drivers, requirements, and challenges, while utilizing the newest and best technologies relevant to the solution proposed.
  • Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the business and help design the best possible solution.
  • Design and document the business process.
  • Facilitate workshops with the business to analyze and design solutions for D365 application, and handle gaps detected during POC (proof of concept).
  • Perform solution demo to the business users.
  • The document, propose and discuss solution options, recommendations, and implications on change requests / bugs with your colleagues and users.
  • Working with technical personnel to make sure that the business needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions that are required.
  • Help the existing team with solving incidents/bugs.
  • Perform testing in our non-production environments.

To succeed you will have:


  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Previous project implementation experience (Customization, Testing, Documentation)
  • A customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently, yet be part of a team
  • D365FO Application experience (Project and accounting, Human resources, AP, AR and etc.)
  • Finance industry experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged
  • Fluent in Danish & English (written and spoken)
