About the role
We are seeking a motivated consultant with a passion for talent and competency development to join our newly established department. This team is dedicated to drive the evolution of our people’s competencies to match our long-term business strategy. Over the coming years, we aim to ensure that ’s talent and competency management approach is best in class.
Your role will support that effort, and the role is ideal for a person who can bring fresh insights from university, have a proactive mindset and are eager to grow within the area of talent development, succession planning, competence management and development. You will also be supporting and facilitating key HR initiatives and team workshops for leaders and employees.

As HR Development Consultant in Talent and Competency Development you’ll:
- Support senior project managers on relevant HR people strategy projects
- Facilitate team workshops and discussions within the organisation
- Contribute to our global competency development programme
- Assist in designing and executing learning programmes for managers and employees
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders across the organisation

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
