About the role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Project Excellence team, with seven dedicated and highly skilled colleagues. As we carry out huge investment projects for customers, it is at the upmost importance to deliver on requirements, time, quality, and cost. To be able to do so, our most valuable role as a team is to make sure there’s a ‘LEAN mindset’ across projects.
Your role will therefore be key in supporting our projects in improvement activities across projects, enabling us to deliver top tier pharma engineering. The improvement initiatives will have a focus on both people, processes and technologies – including AI.
With many different disciplines working to design and engineer the biggest pharmaceutical facility in the world, we expect more complex and fun tasks across to increase. It also means you have a great opportunity to make an impact as we work to ensure project milestones are reached even more efficiently – and thereby increase our overall execution capacity.
You’ll be based in our Virum Office, but the role requires you to visit our project sites in Kalundborg and around the Copenhagen area on a regular basis.

The miles you’ve walked

- A relevant academic degree (e.g. within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management)
- Consultant work experience from a top tier Consultancy Company
- Formal LEAN training and Project Management training
- Experience with implementing AI to enable process improvement is an advantage
- Experience in change- and stakeholder management, when it comes to leadership sparring and challenge the way we work
- Demonstrated successful implementation of change with impact
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
