In the onboarding team, you’ll play a key role in helping new customers get started – from initial contact to full system launch.Your Role
As Project & Onboarding Manager, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from configuration to go-live. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive training sessions (both online and on-site) to help customers become confident users of the BRP software

Guide customers in configuring their systems, including memberships, payments, access control, and integrations

Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, Sales) to solve challenges and ensure smooth onboarding

Track progress and milestones in each onboarding project, keeping deadlines and managing potential risks

Gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience and contribute to internal process improvements Document and share best practices with your team

About You
You bring solid experience from onboarding, project management, or customer success – ideally from a fast-paced software or tech environment.
We imagine you:Have at least 1 year of project management experience Have strong technical aptitude and enjoy learning new systems Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders Have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed Work in a structured and organized manner, even when managing multiple projects Are solution-oriented and stay calm when priorities shift Speak and write fluent Danish and English Have experience working with CRM systems Why Join BRP Systems?
