Provide customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our Partners primarily via phone and email

Process and enter orders

Handle complaints, including guidance and support to our Partners

Monitor and follow-up of customer inquiries

Use and share brand and technical knowledge about our unique products with our Partners

Support and work with our international sales team

Who you are

You are fluent in Danish, German, and English; knowledge of other Scandinavian languages would be an advantage

You are a committed person with an outgoing, positive attitude who knows how to provide excellent customer service and build effective relationships via phone and e-mail

You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling individual who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness where focus and good energy must be preserved

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize work effectively

Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications would be a plus

Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems would be a plus
