We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Partner - Sales Support Supervisor to join our team and help drive success across our Asian client business in Europe.

In this role, you will be an essential partner to the sales team, helping to manage and grow strategic accounts in line with our company’s goals and processes. Your focus will be supporting targeted Asian clients in Europe while fostering strong, value-driven, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Sales team and internal stakeholders with activities related to Korean and Chinese customers across Central South Europe.

  • Monitor performance status and credit terms of both key and non-key clients.

  • Keep pace with market and service developments and proactively share insights with the Sales team.

  • Report on any issues that may impact the market, such as Suez Canal disruptions, MO regulations, and more.

  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.

  • Coordinate and participate in customer meetings when needed.

  • Support system updates, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through daily use of Salesforce.


What We’re Looking For


  • Native Korean or Chinese speaker with excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools).

  • Solid market and product knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, collaborative approach.

  • Logistics industry experience is an advantage.

  • A proactive teammate with a positive attitude.
