To accommodate the growing demands of stakeholders and customers, we are looking for a dedicated DACH Customer Support to actively manage all backup functions such as SAP data entry, customer, and administrative feedback. We are a small and dedicated team, and our new DACH support will be a vital part of our ongoing success.
The role:
As our DACH Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing support to primary external customers via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.
You will participate in customer meetings in Germany (approximately 10 traveling days per year) and coordinate and structure POS material for our customers.
Additionally, you will maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

What you’ll do:
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Customer Support: Providing support to internal and external customers via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience, participating in customer meetings in Germany, coordinating and structuring POS material, maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, corresponding with customers and agencies, gathering customer feedback, and understanding the market of our customers.
- Order Management: Assisting with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support/Coordinate Sales Trips: Ensuring the right presentation material is in place and providing input for optimal sales round trips.
- Document Management: Handling daily administrative duties such as updating customer records, agreements, price structure, inquiries, annual contracts, and contract archives.
- Financial Processing: Managing invoices, payments via Finance, and financial records such as accruals, provisions, and impairment of provision.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional departments and external sales agents to ensure smooth workflow.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and tracking issues.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Participating in training sessions, team meetings, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve support, quality and efficiency and optimizing and streamlining processes and procedures.
What you bring:

- Language proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in using SAP for various back-office functions.
- An understanding of German culture.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- A detail-oriented, structured, service-minded working style with exceptional coordination skills.
