Job Description Not a normal 9-5’er? Escape the ordinary and say Yes I Can! Can you be our guests’ superhero during the night, taking charge and ensuring everything runs smoothly? If so, why not come and join us at the in Copenhagen! As the Night Service Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The Night Service Managers are responsible for overseeing the hotel during the night, ensuring that all operations are handled efficiently and that guests receive the highest level of service.
Whilst most guests are counting sheep, you’ll be counting the day’s figures, welcoming night owls with a warm smile, and maintaining an upbeat Yes I Can! Attitude. You’ll take charge of the hotel during the night, ensuring that all aspects of the night shift run smoothly.

Additional Information Full-time position, Night shift hours are 22:45-07:30, 151,67 hours per month/140 hours per 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities of the Night Service Manager:
- Oversees the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests.
- Takes responsibility for the safety and security of guests and staff during the night shift.
- Handles
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest inquiries and problem resolution.
- Arranges for special services requested by the guest.
- Addresses guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt solutions and enhancing their overall experience.
- Performs various administrative tasks and ensures that all night audit procedures are completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Likes working night hours
- Experience in Front Office/Reception or previous supervisor role is beneficial
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Eye for detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to take charge and ensure guest safety and security during the night shift.
