Our Group Customer Service team is a collaborative and well‑established team, operating in both Denmark and the UK. Together, we deliver first-class service to customers across the board. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting 's sales teams, ensuring our position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.
You will engage in order processing, responding to customer requests, and guiding B2B customers via phone, email and live chat. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:
Commercial mind-set and experience from an international environment
You have a commercial and administrative background. You have experience with customer service, preferably from a similar position in an international company. Mastery of German and English both in speaking and writing is a must.

Commercial mind-set and experience from an international environment
You have a commercial and administrative background. You have experience with customer service, preferably from a similar position in an international company. Mastery of German and English both in speaking and writing is a must.
Your professional experience includes:
- Experience from a similar position
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ideally user of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX 2012)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience with sales or sales support is an advantage
