Your Role
• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist customers in completing website orders.
• Contribute to creating value for employees, clients, customers, and the broader community
About You
• Very good level of Danish with a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Calm and organized, even during busy periods.
• Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn.
