Project Quality Manager for a pharmaceutical company in Greater Copenhagen and Kalundborg

Job-Link is looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Project Quality Manager to lead a professional and ambitious team at one of our international pharmaceutical clients with locations in Greater Copenhagen and Kalundborg.

With increased production and numerous of large projects, there is a need to expand capacity for even stronger quality processing and control. Hence, we are seeking a skilled individual to maintain the high-quality standards.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our client's documentation. You and your team will be responsible for monitoring and rectifying all documentation in line with corporate guidelines, working closely with the testing department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Quality Controllers and delegate tasks as needed.
  
  
• Conduct quality control of documentation for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  
  
• Maintain a structured and well-documented quality control process.
  
  
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  
  
• Identify errors and deficiencies in test documentation in close collaboration with the testing engineers.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in quality control within process equipment.
  
  
• 2-4 years of GMP experience.
  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
  
  
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality issues.
  
  
• Experience in personnel management.
