The JobThe JobAt our brewery in Fredericia, you will manage all packaging operations – ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability in everything we do. With 11 high-speed lines and direct distribution to customers across Denmark, this is a key role in our local supply chain organization.As Packaging Director, you will be part of the Production Leadership Team and report to the Senior Production Director. You will lead the production leadership team for packaging – including seven First Line Leaders – and have overall responsibility for around 250 employees. The role plays a key part in our continuous improvements and our ambition to set new standards for quality and sustainable packaging.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for performance, development, and future-readiness of packaging operations in Fredericia:Operational Excellence: Drive stable performance, high OEE, and competitive unit cost.
Leadership & Development: Strengthen our safety culture and support leadership development across the team.
Flexibility & Innovation: Ensure agile packaging setups and integration of new formats and materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with Brewing, Logistics, Utilities, Engineering, Quality and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment across the site.

You are a people- and performance-oriented leader with the ability to drive change and build engagement through others.Your Qualifications
We expect you to:Hold a degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Automation, or similar).
Have extensive leadership experience from a large-scale packaging or manufacturing environment.
Be used to managing through managers and working across functions.
Possess a deep understanding of TPM/LEAN methodologies and the principles of continuous improvement.
Be fluent in a Scandinavian language (e.g. Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and English. Hold a degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Automation, or similar).Have extensive leadership experience from a large-scale packaging or manufacturing environment.Be used to managing through managers and working across functions.Possess a deep understanding of TPM/LEAN methodologies and the principles of continuous improvement.Be fluent in a Scandinavian language (e.g. Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and English.You are motivated by results, but also by collaboration and team growth.
