Your Role

You will join a team consisting of thirteen BPOs, and together you will cover all workstreams across the business as we roll out our OnCloud ERP system.

As BPO for Warehouse Management, you will lead the implementation of M3CE for the Warehouse Management workstream. You will work closely with the project team, local super users, and external consultants to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of the system. Your responsibilities will include conducting data mapping, facilitating tests, creating documentation, and providing support for aftercare activities. You will also play a key role in cross-functional improvements and audits to ensure optimal system utilisation.

Your primary focus will be on tasks related to our ERP project, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving core business processes. In parallel, you’ll also contribute to ad hoc initiatives within the Supply Chain team, supporting operational needs as they arise. The position involves approximately 50 travel days per year, allowing you to engage directly with stakeholders across our organisation.

  • Implement & test M3CE for Warehouse Management, including data mapping and cross-functional validation.
  • Train super users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Maintain documentation such as user manuals and the Book of Rules.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing through the Super User Group and regular audits.
  • Handle system updates via testing, ticket response, and feature optimisation.

Your responsibilities will include

You want to leverage your expertise to create clear and practical guides that help others understand and excel in new processes or systems. We imagine you bring the following:

  • Hands-on experience with WMS, ideally M3CE integrated with FactoryTrack.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS best practices, material flow, and traceability.
  • Methodical mindset with solid analytical skills.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and user training.
  • Proactive in driving enhancements across the Group Supply Chain.

How will you succeed?

As Business Process Owner for Warehouse Management at [xxxxx], you’ll drive improvements in warehouse operations. Initially, you’ll get to know our WMS and M3CE framework, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and lead implementation activities including data mapping, testing, documentation, and training to ensure a smooth transition.

Long term, you’ll continuously optimise the WMS through audits, cross-functional testing, and new feature rollouts. You’ll stay current on best practices and legal requirements, support the Super User Group, and manage service desk tickets. Your cross-functional collaboration and clear communication will foster knowledge sharing and contribute to [xxxxx]’s growth and commitment to circularity in food packaging.
