About Thorupgaard
Thorupgaard is a family-owned farm run by Esben and Lea Dollerup. We have 1,300 sows producing pigs for sale at 30 kg, spread across three properties, as well as 350 hectares of arable land.
We are a dedicated team of 8 employees in pig production, all of whom are key to our success, and we are passionate about achieving outstanding results.
About the Job
As our highly skilled farrowing unit manager for nearly 10 years has decided to try something new, we are looking for you to take responsibility for the daily operation of our farrowing unit with 800 sows, including work planning and training of staff.
You will work closely with our production manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The position is 37 hours per week, with work every other weekend. When you have a weekend off, you will instead get 3 consecutive days off (Monday or Friday).
