What is the job about?
You’ll lead a motivated and competent team within our Flow operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Your focus will be on delivering high performance through strong collaboration, process development, and continuous improvement. You’ll also support cross-functional projects such as SAP and EWM implementations, aligning with the [xxxxx] Strategy and values.

Your main responsibilities:

Champion a strong safety culture with EHS standards at the core
Lead and develop employees, specialists, and associates
Manage headcount, activity planning, and conversion costs
Ensure quality and stock count accuracy in daily operations
Drive productivity and process efficiency
Support new tasks defined by the Supply Chain Director

Your background
We imagine that you have:

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in leading teams and building effective collaboration
3–5 years working with logistics systems (e.g., SAP WM-EWM)
Experience in strategy creation, project management, and deployment
Strong communication and presentation skills
A proactive mindset and ownership attitude
Problem-solving abilities and change management experience
