Position Overview

As our new Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will support the planning and coordination of inbound deliveries while assisting with day-to-day logistics tasks. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues to ensure smooth operations, gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

You will report directly to our Team Lead, Logistics, and work from our office at Blegdamsvej 124, Copenhagen Ø.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating inbound deliveries from global suppliers to our warehouse
  • Support with ad hoc logistics requests and transport needs across departments
  • Monitor shipments and flag potential delivery issues to senior team members
  • Help maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to logistics operations
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehousing to ensure smooth logistical flows
  • Communicate with external logistics partners under guidance from senior colleagues
  • Contribute to team development by sharing learnings and supporting process improvements


Required Qualifications & Skills

You have:

  • A keen interest in logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships or student jobs count)
  • Experience with ERP or logistics systems is a plus (e.g., Business Central, Excel)
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken. Other languages (such as Danish or German) are a bonus.
