Product Manager for [xxxxx] Ajour – Digital Construction Management

Your mission as Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong SaaS background to take [xxxxx] Ajour to the next level. The solution already has a strong position in Denmark with thousands of active users, and a key part of your role will be to secure continued growth and high customer satisfaction in this market.

At the same time, you will explore opportunities for international expansion, positioning Ajour to scale beyond Denmark when the timing and markets are right. You’ll work closely with development, UX, sales, and marketing to ensure Ajour continues to deliver value, both for our established customers and in new markets. As part of the role, you will also explore how emerging technologies such as AI can strengthen Ajour’s value proposition by enhancing collaboration, automating routine tasks, and creating new opportunities for efficiency and quality in digital construction management.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strat[xxxxx]y and roadmap for [xxxxx] Ajour.
• Translate customer pain points and market trends into actionable solutions.
  
  
• Drive discovery and maintain close dialogue with users to guide innovation.
  
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver successful releases and go-to-market execution.
  
  
• Prepare and execute international growth opportunities.
  
  
• Leverage AI tools to strengthen product discovery, data-driven decisions, and user experience.
  
  
• Participate in strat[xxxxx]ic sales opportunities to support product strat[xxxxx]y communications.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
  
  
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage, especially project management at main- and subcontractor level.
  
  
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
  
  
• Experience working in an international organization and a multicultural environment.
  
  
• You have a forward leaning personality, wants to empower people and nurture the team spirit.
  
  
• Curious, interested and engaged in embracing new technologies including AI.
