A/S◀ is looking for a Sr. Global Product Manager, Gastroenterology (GI). This is a high-impact position where you will be the commercial anchor for upstream product development in one of our key business areas, GI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that true customer needs translate into solutions that improve clinical practice and patient outcomes to unlock the single-use transition in GI endoscopy.
You’ll join a dedicated Product Management team focusing on our GI portfolio, work closely with R&D and cross-functional partners across the business, and collaborate directly with healthcare professionals worldwide. The role comes with broad global exposure, close collaboration with executive leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting mark on ’s growing GI portfolio.

Your responsibilities
- You act as the commercial counterpart to R&D in key upstream projects
- Lead upstream project activities, securing progress, timelines, and deliverables across functions (RA, QA, Clinical, HEMA, MarCom, etc.).
- Ensure customer needs are translated into successful product development.
- Drive Launch Excellence by owning key deliverables such as value proposition, product claims, labeling, training, and evaluation together with the team.
- Lead upstream project activities, securing progress, timelines, and deliverables across functions (RA, QA, Clinical, HEMA, MarCom, etc.).
- Post-launch, you continue to shape the product lifecycle through continuous customer feedback, performance tracking, and ongoing improvements.
- You take full ownership as the product expert in your category
- Be the trusted partner across the organization
- Staying on top of market movements, competitive dynamics, and emerging GI technologies.
- Represent externally at tradeshows, workshops, and KOL interactions, while gathering insights to fuel innovation.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver on the GI strategy and business goals.

What we’re looking for
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:
- Significant experience in upstream product management and product development within MedTech or other related healthcare industries
- Experience from gastroenterology or a surgical field, that would be considered a strong advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-market activities.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and comfortable leading “Voice of Customer” activities such as Advisory Boards.
- Solid knowledge of clinical workflows and how medical solutions impact patient outcomes.
- Strong ability to understand and bridge commercial and technical perspectives.
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative personality, thriving in global, fast-paced environments.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences including HCPs, executives, and technical teams.
