This hands-on role requires someone who can drive digital transformation, manage key projects, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will be reporting to the Head of Digital and be an integral part of building this function within our organization.

  • What can you expect as a Digital Marketing Manager? Your primary tasks will be:
  • Optimizing websites and webshops in CMS systems
  • Creating organic content for web, social media, and marketing automation
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Identifying, analyzing, and measuring trends and content performance to optimize user experience
  • Creating and maintaining an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Researching, tracking, and analyzing consumer behaviors and trends, and implementing findings into digital marketing campaigns
  • Preparing reports on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Staying up to date on the latest digital media trends
  • Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Strong social media expertise (organic & paid), with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Excellent sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments & agencies
  • In-depth knowledge of CMS & Marketing Automation systems, social media platforms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Excellent project management and managerial skills
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
