The Omni-Channel & Marketing Project Manager (B2B/D2C) is responsible for leading the production, execution, and project management of marketing initiatives, including photoshoots, video shoots, and brand marketing events.
This role ensures seamless integration of marketing activations across B2B/D2C, retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and e-commerce, aligning creative output with business objectives and customer experience while delivering on-time, on-brand, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across online (e-commerce, social, email, paid media) and offline (retail, wholesale, events) platforms.
- Align brand messaging, promotions, and product launches across all touchpoints to create a unified customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (E-commerce, Sales, Operations, Product/Design, Buying, Performance Marketing) to execute campaigns effectively and strategically.
Campaign, Production & Activation Management
- Lead the production and project management of photoshoots, video shoots, and brand marketing events, ensuring delivery is on time, on-brand, and within budget while aligned with both creative and strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute 360° brand activations, including pop-up events, in-store experiences, online launches, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor performance KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversion rates) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Sales & Trade Marketing (Sell-In & Sell-Out)
- Project manage all marketing materials for sell-in and sell-out, including sales tools, product presentations, and B2B marketing assets.
- Translate business requirements into clear creative deliverables for internal teams, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and commercial needs.
- Support retail and wholesale partners with co-branded marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across external platforms.
- Develop B2B marketing toolkits, including product storytelling, digital assets, and localized content.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Use customer data and market insights to identify trends and opportunities for future activations.
- Report key findings to stakeholders and recommend adjustments based on results.
Team, Collaboration & Communication
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster clear communication within the marketing team and across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as E-commerce, Sales, Operations, Product/Design, Buying, Performance Marketing to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed for specific projects.
Budget Responsibility
- Work with the Head of Marketing to establish and manage marketing production/activations/project budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure all projects are executed within or below budget, with proper approvals for exceptions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Project Management Expertise – Proven experience leading the end-to-end production of marketing initiatives, including photoshoots, videos, and brand activations.
- Omni-channel Marketing Knowledge – Strong understanding of B2B, retail, and wholesale marketing strategies and execution.
- Creative & Business Alignment – Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative deliverables for internal teams and external partners.
- Stakeholder Management – Effective collaboration across creative, commercial, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Budget & Timeline Ownership – Skilled in managing budgets and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining brand integrity.
