Your mission…
As Nordic Product Brand Manager for Vichy in the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division you are the driving force behind all product and franchise related topics. In this role a clear responsibility is to build the yearly brand and product strategy and plan activation moments throughout the year to reach and recruit Nordic consumers to the brand. You will shape the Nordic recommendation for local implementation of yearly launch plans, 360 consumer campaigns as well as being the driven force behind business and brand building initiatives across the organization. Not only will you work with high level of Media and Digital activities and consumer related communication, you will also work in close collaboration with many stakeholders in the brand team, in LDB and with external agencies. The role reports to the Nordic Brand Director of Vichy.
You will …
Manage the strategy of parts of the Vichy brand with the objective to recruit new consumers and drive the brands sell-out and market performance Implement new launches, maintain growth in hero products and categories and animate the core catalogue in the Nordic countries Own the 360 strategy and execution, according to budget Own the product expression at all touchpoints, drive brand expression on merchandising, digital and online assets together with various stakeholders Build and execute a consumer centric and consumer insight driven activations, working with several agencies on the execution as well as internal stakeholders Be responsible for sell-in and sell-out analysis, competitor analysis and understanding the drivers in the dermatological market, all based on data analysis Plan and update brand budgets on a monthly basis Generate the story telling of the launches for the commercial team Be one of the voices of the Nordic markets to European headquarters, working closely with Europe Zone Your profile...
You have min. 3-4 years profound experience from a similar role, preferably in a marketing function from the FMCG industry You have an understanding of skin care, skin care ingredients and skin care trends, pathologies and adjunctive therapy is seen as an advantage You have experience with planning and executing consumer centric marketing campaigns, both online and offline, together with different agencies, KPI and performance tracking is an easy task for you You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to translate consumer data and insights into future business opportunities You are both creative and analytical and enjoy to work with market and competition data, detailed analysis and consumer insights You have strong collaboration skills and are able to interact and spare with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization You are result driven, detail oriented, work in a structured manner and well-organized in your daily work You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages (written and verbally) We are looking for Product Brand Manager to start as soon as possible.
