Your Mission
As the Senior Nordic Product Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris, you’ll be at the heart of the brand’s strategy and execution across the Nordic markets. Reporting to the Nordic Brand Business Leader for L’Oréal Paris Mass, you’ll lead portfolio management, launch processes, and campaign orchestration, ensuring local relevance and consumer connection. With one direct report, you’ll also foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the yearly marketing strategy to gain market share, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Creative Thinking: Build the vision for each campaign and launch, leveraging consumer insights to create innovative and impactful brand experiences. Brand Local Adaptation: Tailor global brand strategies to meet the unique needs of the Nordic markets, ensuring relevance and resonance with local consumers. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, trends, and consumer insights to identify market-specific opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the voice of the Nordic markets to European headquarters, ensuring alignment and advocacy for local needs. We Are Looking For
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar business/marketing role within the FMCG industry. A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong drive for results. Strategic, analytical, and consumer-centric thinking. Proven expertise in budget management, marketing strategy design, and data-driven decision-making. Creative thinking and the ability to adapt global brand strategies to local markets. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire stakeholders. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and build connections in a matrix organization. A relevant degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a similar field. Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus. What’s In It For You
