We're looking for a dynamic Nordic Product Brand Manager for our Consumer Products division to drive our brands' strategy and market share across the Nordic region. This pivotal role involves leading strategy development, portfolio management, and spearheading integrated media activations and campaigns. You will report to the Nordic Brand Business Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop yearly strategies to gain market share, turning data into actionable insights (Excel/Power BI proficiency essential) and setting priorities based on business impact. Campaign Leadership: Build compelling campaign visions based on consumer insights, lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and manage budgets effectively with creative and production agencies. Brand & Product Ownership: Oversee product assortment, manage all touchpoints (visuals, claims, merchandising, POS), and act as the voice of Nordic markets to European headquarters. Analytical Insight: Conduct sell-out analysis and monitor market/competitor activities with a keen eye for detail. Your Profile:
2-4 years of experience in a Product Brand Manager (PBM) role, with 2 years being acceptable. We highly value relevant experience in building love brands. Experience in make-up or skincare is a strong plus. Relevant degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or similar. Excellent communication and storytelling, strong project management, influencing, and stakeholder management skills (commercial, channel, S&OP, agencies). Creative, consumer-centric (curious about Nordic consumers), ambitious, resilient, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, complex matrix structure. Solution-oriented with high learning agility and passionate about beauty. Fluent in English; a Nordic language is a plus.
