As Senior Mechanical Engineer – Automotive EV, you will play a crucial role in designing and maturing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for the biggest electrical vehicle (EV) manufactures in the world. You will join our newly formed, highly skilled, and multidisciplinary empowered EV-team, with the purpose of leading designing and implementing part of the EV-production lines of tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the development and maturing of complex dynamic machinery.
- Design adaptations of existing machinery and standard solutions for new customer projects.
- Lead and guide design teams in the development and execution of design activities.
- Mechanical design and creation of production drawings, parts lists, and other technical documentation for production.
- Support Project Managers, Sales Managers, your team, and rest of the organization, through technical guidance time-estimations.
- Ensure compatible dimensioning and calculation of system components within project scope and documentation hereof.
- Ensure quality in solutions through interdisciplinary reviews and stakeholder involvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables through open and proactive communication and collaboration with colleagues.
Your Profile and Qualifications

You should be able to tick most of the following boxes:
- Strong technical background with an MSc/BSc degree in mechanic engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within complex dynamic machinery design.
- Ability to identify challenges beforehand, act proactively and accordingly to mitigate project setbacks.
- Skilled in system and 3D mechanical design and development of complex and dynamic machinery.
- Ability to independently seek information when in doubt.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration in project teams and project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and works efficiently.
