Join us and be part of a team that’s building the future—one module at a time.
Are you passionate about driving innovation in production processes and technologies? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to support the modularization, standardization and development of our global motor production processes. You will be anchored in Group Advanced Manufacturing, more specifically A&M Components. You’ll be part of a smaller team that includes colleagues from France, Serbia, and Hungary.
This is a relatively new function within our organization, offering you the opportunity to influence how we work and help establish procedures and best practices.
About the role
You will play a key role in shaping the future of our global motor production. Working within a small, international team, you will help define and standardize modular production concepts that support our manufacturing sites across the globe. This is a strategic engineering role focused on developing the architecture and specifications for future production of Rotor and Stators —rather than hands-on equipment building.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and consensus around new production concepts. Your work will result in clear documentation that guide implementation, primarily at our facilities in Hungary and the USA.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Modularization, NTI, NEI, and DP projects
Driving global Modularization of motor production lines.
Participating in concept development and implementation of modular production systems
Supporting P-FMEA, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborating with local manufacturing engineering teams
Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate complex collaborations, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
About you
We’re looking for a skilled and curious engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a passion for modularization and production development. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and enjoy working across cultures and disciplines to solve complex challenges.
You’re structured in your approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated by the opportunity to shape how we work. You bring technical insight, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build consensus among stakeholders—even when solutions aren’t straightforward.
To succeed in this role, you should:
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Ideally have knowledge and/or experience from working with rotors and stators, however this is not a requirement
Have knowledge of industrial processes, ideally from machining or toolmaking
Be comfortable working with documentation, drawings, and specifications
Enjoy working independently and in teams, and be open to occasional travel (2–4 weeks/year)
Practical experience in production environments is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your engineering mindset, your ability to collaborate, and your drive to make a difference.
Why Join ?
At , we don’t just engineer solutions—we engineer impact. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our global rotor production by driving modularization and standardization across international sites. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven company where innovation, sustainability, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do.
Your ideas will help define new ways of working, and your contributions will support our long-term commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
Furthermore, you’ll get:
A supportive and inclusive work culture that values your growth and encourages initiative
Flexible working conditions, remote options, and extra paid days off for volunteering
Competitive compensation, health benefits, and access to well-being programs
Opportunities to collaborate with global teams and travel to key production sites
