Are you excited to work at the cutting edge of manufacturing technology, collaborating with passionate colleagues across the globe? At [xxxxx], we’re on a journey to redefine what’s possible in digital manufacturing. As a Senior Digitalization Engineer, you’ll be at the center of this transformation—delivering real business value and making a difference every day.
[xxxxx] is a world leader in advanced pump solutions and a trendsetter in water technology. We believe in seeing possibilities, not problems, and are committed to sustainability, innovation, and empowering our people to shape a better future.
What Is the Job About?
You’ll play a key role in our global Manufacturing Execution System (MES) program—helping to develop, deploy, and optimize a standardized MES platform across our international production sites. Working in our agile MES team within the Digital Manufacturing area, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from Engineering, IT, Quality, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners. Your work will directly support the digital backbone of [xxxxx]’ manufacturing, connecting teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring our solutions are future-proof and business-driven.
Your Main Responsibilities

Derive and transform business requirements into user stories with a focus on real business value.
Design, develop, test, and implement MES solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, including ERP, PLM, and shop floor equipment.
Support local plant assessments and global rollout activities, applying your solution knowledge to real manufacturing environments.
Coordinate with other digitalization projects across [xxxxx] to align and future-proof our solutions.
Identify, collect, and align new requirements, contributing them as potential future improvements.

Your Background
We imagine that you have:

A degree in engineering or a manufacturing-related field.
Solid experience working with implementation and deployment of MES systems in discrete manufacturing.
Experience improving manufacturing processes and integrating shop floor automation equipment.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Operations and the Microsoft Office 365 portfolio.
A collaborative mindset—comfortable building relationships across all organizational levels.
Strong communication skills; you are persistent, yet open to different perspectives.
A proactive, optimistic approach and a passion for making things happen.
Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage, but not required).
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20 days per year).
It’s a plus if you’re familiar with Siemens MES solutions (especially Opcenter), and with agile or project management disciplines.

Some skills can be learned on the job, so if you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply!
What’s in It for You?
At [xxxxx], you’ll be an invaluable part of our global network of pioneers—guiding others to see possibilities and helping us advance global innovation. We live our six core values every day, and you’ll help us spread our optimistic, can-do attitude throughout the company. We support your career journey, offering tools and opportunities to grow both within your field and in areas like diversity & inclusion, coaching, and culture.

Diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums and safe spaces to connect and share.
Hybrid work options: Engage, learn, and have fun in our offices, or work from home with a great workstation setup.
Flexible working hours and up to 3 additional paid days off for volunteering.
Annual bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, parental support, and internal well-being programs.
Access to the [xxxxx] Academy for continuous professional and personal development.
