Internship in IT PMO & Project Execution

Would you like to turn your theoretical toolbox into practical experience working with IT project management and are you ready to kick-start your career learning from and working together with experiences project managers? – then read on.

This is your chance to work with some of the sharpest minds, as you do an internship focusing on IT project management. You become part of the PMO&PE team, where we are 20 colleagues responsible for the IT project management. As a part of our team, we guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and involve you in real projects for you to learn how IT projects get delivered at [xxxxx] IS.

What is the Internship about?

We believe that everyone in [xxxxx] has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence so this is the environment where you will do your internship. We imagine that you will work with 2-3 of our experienced project managers helping them out with real work in their projects.

More specifically, you will:

- Deliver Project Management tasks and support the assigned project managers.

- Participate in the project meetings and workshops.

- Learn how we deliver IT projects in [xxxxx] IS.

We expect the internship will start in September 2025 and ends in January 2026. You will be working according to your educations agreement (typically 444 hours over this duration) and up to 37 hours pr week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork and some work can also be done remotely. We expect you will be in the office in Bjerringbro at least 3 days a week.

What do you need to apply?

- You are studying at master’s level within e.g. IT, Cand Merc or the like and possess knowledge within project management and IT

- You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.

- You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.

- You live in Denmark.

If you have finalized your education, then you are not an interesting candidate and do not fulfill our requirements.
