Student Assistant for Domestic Building Services, Frontloading Innovation

Are you eager to talk to customers to find the best ideas for future product innovation? As part of Domestic Building Services, Frontloading innovation team you get the chance to be part of the very early state of product innovation and test new ideas with customers.

In Domestic Building Services, Frontloading innovation team, we are looking for a student assistant to support verifying ideas for future innovations.

You will join a team with 5-7 colleagues. We collect ideas for new product innovations and are eager to test the desirability of these ideas through customer interviews.

We plan, manage and conduct customer interviews. We analyse data from the interviews and use our insights to decide if an idea has business potential to become the next Unicorn or not.

What is the job about?

We believe that everyone in [xxxxx] has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment where you will work as student assistant. We imagine that you will be assisting in preparing, conducting and analysing data from interviews.

This includes working with:

- Organize and set up Teams calls, for customer interviews

- Preparing interview guides

- Conduct interviews

- Analyse interviews and summarize learnings

You will be working for 15 hours per week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

- You are studying at bachelor’s or master’s level within Business Administration, Engineering, Innovation Management or a related discipline. Advantage to be familiar with innovation methods.

- You are interested in interviewing customers to understand their needs and pains

- You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.

- You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
