Your New Team
The Project Economy department, part of our FP&A team, reports directly to management and is focused on strengthening the forward-looking financial management at EE. This includes short- and long-term financial planning, financial analysis, evaluation of strategic alternatives, forecasting, target setting, and reporting for our solar, wind, BESS, and PTX projects. Additionally, our department provides in-depth analysis and data collection across various domains, creating a solid foundation for EE's investment and funding initiatives.
To further enhance our team, the Project Economy department is looking for a student who can support our forecasting efforts.
Join us at our Copenhagen headquarters, where you'll be part of a global environment and integrate into our dedicated Project Economy team. The team consists of four employees and is part of the broader Treasury and FP&A team, which includes a total of 14 employees.

Your New Role
In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of our Project Economy department and participate in:
- Supporting the team with DevEx and CapEx forecasts for renewable projects across various markets
- Leading the monthly reporting of financial forecasts for renewable projects
- Collaborating with departments across the organization to ensure accurate follow-ups
- Contributing to our goal of professionalizing and standardizing procedures
- Assisting Finance Managers with project financing, including preparing documentation for bank fund drawdowns
- Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and handling various special projects
To thrive in this role, we imagine you have the following
- You are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or have started your master’s degree at the university level (or an equivalent institution) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, ideally with at least two years remaining in your studies.
- You are a cooperative, curious, and ambitious individual, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. You have a keen desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience using Excel is required; knowledge of PowerPoint and PowerBI is a plus.
