Take the lead on Operational Technology activities and empower your team

As Manager of our Operational Technology team, you will lead the efforts of a complete transfer from current SCADA to a new platform – and that’s just one of the many interesting challenges that lies ahead.

You will refer directly to the Senior Director for the Engineering, Projects & Maintenance department consisting of 50 passionate colleagues. Your team consists of 10 highly skilled Operational Technology / Automation engineers with the mission to deliver support across the entire production site in Hørsholm.

Your overall responsibility will be to execute strategies within your area of expertise and link the strategy to daily work. You will be responsible for continuous improvements and optimization of processes with a focus on quality, cost and regulatory compliance.

Your profile

Your educational background within automation engineering or related fields such as mechanical or electrical engineering is de facto not as important as your 3+ years of experience with leading Operational Technology / Automation Engineering in a GMP regulated environment.

As it is an exciting challenge reaching many internal stakeholders you should thrive in communicating freely and frequently when aligning expectations across departments.

These are some of the qualifications that brings you into consideration:

• +3 years of leadership experience demonstrating excellent people management skills.
• Experience with GxP and Pharma industry.
• A proactive, problem-solving listener with the ability to set the course of action.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Speak and write English professionally.
