Specifically, your key responsibilities are:Building a strategic approach to engagement, extracting learnings and insights that drive dialogue and inform action planning.
Leading the global Employee Listening community in the execution of different programs, and in using data and insights to drive local action planning.
Leading the development and execution of global cultural initiatives that align with our company values and strategy.
Partnering with colleagues across functions, regions and other People & Culture COE’s to ensure that cultural priorities are globally relevant and consistently embedded.
Creating compelling, insight-driven presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Building a strategic approach to engagement, extracting learnings and insights that drive dialogue and inform action planning. A collaborative mindset, comprehensive communication skills, and the ability to navigate complexity are key to succeeding in this role.We imagine that you hold some or more of the following qualifications:University degree in Psychology/HR Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
Experience in leading and facilitating Employee Listening strategies
Experience driving culture interventions
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to executive level
Ability to challenge the status quo and create solutions
Ability to manage ambiguity, moving forward while navigating the grey
Natural skill to drive action while engaging people
