A destination management company operating in Lapland, Finland is looking for Resort Host. The company is specialized in tailor-made luxury experiences for the guests. They operate a villa area located a 30-minute drive from Rovaniemi city centre. They are looking for passionate hospitality team members that can fill a diverse role and is driven by service excellence. Attention to detail and previous experience in a luxury environment will be an advantage.

As a Resort Host, you'll be at the heart of creating seamless luxury experiences for the guests — from warm welcomes to adventure hosting. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who is passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care and create lifelong memories to our guests. Your main tasks will be:

Guest Services: Welcome guests, host dinners, introduce villa features and itineraries, anticipate needs, and act as a cultural ambassador.

Housekeeping: Maintain 4 luxury villas and staff areas with daily cleaning, turndown service, deep cleans, linen/laundry management, and vehicle interior upkeep.

Food & Beverage: Prep and host meals, assist the chef during service, serve drinks, and handle post-meal clean-up.

Chauffeuring: Drive guests to/from the airport and activities, maintain vehicles, assist with luggage, and act as a local guide.

Activity Hosting: Lead excursions (Northern Lights, sauna, snowshoeing), introduce villa experiences, and ensure guest enjoyment.

Operations & Support: Help with setting up/dismantling activity sites and maintain villa surroundings.

Guest Safety & Personalization: Follow safety protocols and tailor experiences based on guest feedback.

• Comfortable working in remote locations
• You are quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• You have good communication and organisational skills, enjoy team work, punctuality and flexibility to multitask even in the most hectic times are your strengths.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages (Finnish, French, Spanish, German, Chinese) are advantage. Driver’s license is required!
• Experience in snowmobiling and comprehensive knowledge of Lappish nature, culture and lifestyle.

Team members are responsible for their own transportation to and from the villas. Hosts may also work across other properties.
