Supporting the development of Customer Operations-related project initiatives aimed at process optimization and enhancement

Performing analytical tracking and monitoring of project launches from design to execution to hypercare

Analyzing complex data supporting relevant process analysis

Comparing data in different IT environments, pinpointing patterns/mismatches, etc.

Collecting and presenting main points from process data analysis in an accessible and structured way

Setting up re-occurring reports and formats for sharing with relevant stakeholders

Monitoring and analyzing business KPIs, pinpointing areas for process improvement

Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and improvement initiatives

Assisting in the development and implementation of data quality checks and reporting automation

Who you are

1-2 years working experience with process, data analysis, and basic project management or any related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Focused on business processes and optimization

Advanced Excel user (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) an advantage
