SummaryJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Customer Operations Process Analyst to be part of our dynamic Customer Service team at our HQ in Aarhus, Denmark.How you will contribute
  • Supporting the development of Customer Operations-related project initiatives aimed at process optimization and enhancement
  • Performing analytical tracking and monitoring of project launches from design to execution to hypercare
  • Analyzing complex data supporting relevant process analysis
  • Comparing data in different IT environments, pinpointing patterns/mismatches, etc.
  • Collecting and presenting main points from process data analysis in an accessible and structured way
  • Setting up re-occurring reports and formats for sharing with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring and analyzing business KPIs, pinpointing areas for process improvement
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and improvement initiatives
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of data quality checks and reporting automation
  • Who you are
  • 1-2 years working experience with process, data analysis, and basic project management or any related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Focused on business processes and optimization
  • Advanced Excel user (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) an advantage
