Hotel and restaurant workers to Northern Finland

Tasks:

• In this role, you will work both in reception and in a la carte restaurant
• Your daily duties in reception will include checking guest in and out, telling them about the hotel and surrounding areas, helping to book outdoor experiences and other services, taking care of guest communication via email and other booking channels.
• Your daily duties in restaurant will include serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, taking care of cleaning, dishes and bar.
• Above all, you’re here to help our guests enjoy their arctic holiday experience.

Requirements:

• You have previous experience working in a hotel & à la carte restaurant
• You can be in the beginning of your career – we will train all employees and willing to learn and grow are the most important factors.
• You are a flexible and guest-oriented team player who enjoys versatile job description.
• You can multitask and handle pressure, still making sure our guests get genuine and warm guest experience.
• Fluent in English (Finnish language skills are not mandatory, but a plus).
• Finnish hygiene and alcohol pass are compulsory in this position.
