Legal ManagerLegal Manager Do you want to be part of a skilled team of legal professionals, tasked with safeguarding
Specifically, you will be:Participating in general legal and compliance tasks for Group functions
Drafting and negotiating a full suite of contracts (NDAs, supply agreements, export agreements, cooperation agreements, etc.)
Assisting in maintaining, reviewing and developing templates & supporting documents
Facilitating training for the business and legal colleagues
Supporting the business with compliance issues (together with our subject matter experts)

You take full responsibility for your assigned tasks, know when to ask for assistance and are ready to learn and grow in the role.You may be the person we are looking for if you:You may be the person we are looking for if you:You may be the person we are looking for if you:Are a fully qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience from a position in a law firm and/or in-house (ideally with an international aspect)
Are licenced to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction
Have strong drafting skills coupled with analytical skills to solve legal problems; experience with M&A would be an advantage
Are keen to build relationships with the business and your team and contribute to developing a positive and supportive work environment
Have a creative, solution-oriented approach and are focused on reaching business goals
Are a team-oriented professional with a collaborative, open mindset willing to innovate and change (an interest in digitalisation would be an advantage)
Are willing to learn new things, with a high degree of self-motivation
Are keen to work in an evolving environment, requiring an ability to prioritise
Have high ethical standards and a commitment to integrity
