As part of our strategic AI adoption and acceleration team, you’ll lead the R&D AI strategy, explore practical applications, and implement solutions that enhance both R&D and cross-company development flows. We are a highly empowered team with the license to operate and a clear mandate to build a strong, scalable AI foundation — one high-impact application at a time.You’ll act as R&D’s technical and strategic spearhead for AI and automation, collaborating closely with our Data, Digital & IT (DD&IT) and Legal teams. You’ll be part of the R&D Strategy Deployment team, which also leads improvement programmes, supports IT in R&D, enhances development processes, and drives scouting and ideation.We’re looking for a curious, solution-oriented change agent
To succeed, you’ll need strong technical AI expertise and the ability to communicate clearly across disciplines. You’ll help us rethink how we work, empowering R&D colleagues to focus on creative, meaningful tasks while technology handles the routine.You’ll own all R&D-specific AI solutions — from evaluation and selection to deployment, training, and support. You’ll work closely with few other R&D AI colleagues, DD&IT, and our company-wide AI ambassador network.Your responsibilities
