Act as the strategic & creative bridge between our brands’ business priorities, consumer insights, and agency creativity
Co-Lead creative brief development that inspires engaging culturally relevant, and distinctive work
Collaborate with external Creative, Media, PR, Social, Partnership and experience agencies to co-create ideas and experiences that build brand equity and drive commercial growth
Pilot inhouse content development on identified brands, formats and platforms (ie social, reactive, product/pouring shots…leveraging GenAI)
Support the VP Creative & Experience in embedding new ways of working, creative excellence standards, and best practices across the marketing organization
Track global creative, cultural, and experiential trends to inform and inspire brand and campaign development
Partner with insights, digital, and media colleagues to ensure integrated, consumer-first experiences across touchpoints

Extensive experience in crafting and executing campaigns that have received awards, with a focus on diverse markets, notably in Europe and Asia
Skilled at writing clear, inspiring briefs and bringing strategic clarity to complex challenges
Confident collaborator with both brand managers and agency partners, adept at facilitating productive decision-making at senior levels
Curious, culturally connected, and dedicated to building brands with creativity and purpose
Experienced in communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
