Guide the development and deployment of an agency assessment tool, enabling robust evaluation of performance and value creation.

Understanding of marketing and creative operations tools and platforms (DAM, design-to-print, workflow/briefing systems, scope management)
Skilled at balancing process discipline with creative freedom
Excellent stakeholder management and persuasive communication abilities – confident engaging senior leaders and agency partners alike
A strategic, pragmatic, and collaborative leader who thrives in a complex, global environment
