3–5 years’ experience in controlling, consulting, or accounting in an international, multicultural environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proven ability to take ownership and implement improvements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, process-oriented, and adaptable with high work capacity and low stress tolerance
