You’ll promote mental health and wellbeing, bring our sustainability vision Together Towards ZERO to life, and empower our teams to perform at their best.
What you’ll be doingWhat you’ll be doingWhat you’ll be doingYour primary tasks and responsibilities include: Being a visible ambassador for health, safety, and well-being, promoting engagement, awareness, and open conversations around mental and psychosocial health.
Inspiring leaders and employees by linking wellbeing, engagement, and performance clearly and compellingly.
Developing and executing a local Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy aligned with [xxxxx]’s global sustainability vision.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal H&S policies - acting as the go-to expert on-site.
Leading the local survey process from analysis to communication and implement measurable improvements.
Creating and delivering engaging content, workshops, and training on safety, mental health, stress management, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership.
Co-leading the local Health & Safety Committee, ensuring effective collaboration and shared accountability.
Investigating and reporting workplace incidents, ensuring learnings are embedded and improvements are made.
Implementing innovative initiatives - from wellbeing campaigns to safety walks - that make health & safety visible, relevant, and part of our everyday culture.

Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience creating and delivering impactful wellbeing or safety initiatives.
Effective skills in stakeholder interaction and teamwork.
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
