In this role, you will partner closely with the Global VP of HR and business leaders to design and deliver strategies that strengthen our talent agenda, leadership pipeline, enhance learning and development, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization. You will work across the full spectrum of talentstrategy, acquisition, development, performance, and cultureto ensure our people strategy supports 's global growth and transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Talent Strategy: Architect and implement a holistic talent roadmap covering acquisition, development, and organizational design aligned with business goals.
· Own Talent Philosophy & Assessment: Define talent principles, lead succession planning, and conduct organization-wide talent reviews and assessments.
· Lead Talent Acquisition: Build scalable hiring strategies to attract top talent, enhance employer brand, and meet evolving workforce needs.
· Enable Talent Development: Design and deliver impactful learning programs, leadership development, and career growth pathways to build future-ready capabilities.
· Partner Across HR & Business: Collaborate closely with HRBPs and business leaders to embed talent practices into performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
· Champion DEI & Culture: Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into all talent processes to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
· Elevate Performance & Engagement: Drive performance management, employee engagement, and internal mobility to unlock potential and retain top talent.
About You
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are passionate about people development, comfortable operating in a global matrix environment, and able to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact talent solutions.
You likely have:
· 7+ years of experience in talent management, organizational design and development, learning & development, or leadership development roles.
· Proven ability to design and implement scalable talent frameworks and development programs.
· Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
· Experience working across cultures and geographies in a complex, fast-paced organization.
· A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
· Fluency in English
