  • Building and nurturing the [xxxxx] Connect community to drive engagement and adoption
  • Facilitating best-practice sharing across markets and overseeing retail tech survey processes
  • Using data and feedback to track progress, uncover improvement areas, and measure impact
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities and bringing forward innovative ideas

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in project management and strategic planning, ideally within retail, digital, or service industries
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect strategy with execution

  • Experience working with digital platforms or communities to drive adoption and behavioural change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • English language proficiency is a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, “doer” mentality
  • Experience from a retail company is a big plus, but not a requirement
